MTO Appoints Brittany Frase as Chief Revenue Officer

Brittany Frase joins MadeToOrder as Chief Revenue Officer

Oakland, California (September 2, 2025) – MadeToOrder (MTO), a leading women- and employee-owned company in the promotional products industry, is excited to announce the appointment of Brittany Frase as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Frase joins MTO from Hirsch, where she served as Vice President of Sales, and was instrumental in driving double digit sales growth, strengthening operations and enhancing profitability. She also brings experience from the distributor side, where she cultivated strong client relationships and advanced eCommerce initiatives.  

With her unique perspective across both supplier and distributor roles, Frase brings a deep understanding of industry challenges and a proven track record of driving growth. In her new role as CRO, she will oversee MTO’s revenue strategy, including sales, client engagement, and cross-department alignment, ensuring the company continues to deliver innovative, brand-focused merchandise solutions.

Frase will initially focus on meeting with the sales and support teams to assess strengths, opportunities, and ways to further support success. She will then collaborate closely with eCommerce and Marketing to align strategies and create new opportunities for clients.
