Employee Spotlight: 2025 PPAI Rising Star

We’re proud to share that our very own Stephanie Hinkle has been named one of just twelve 2025 PPAI Rising Stars — an exclusive honor recognizing the next generation of leaders shaping the future of the promotional products industry.

This is only the second year of the program’s new format, which is designed to spotlight standout young professionals, under age 40, who are making a significant impact early in their careers. 

The Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) launched Rising Stars to recognize individuals who demonstrate exceptional achievements, leadership, volunteerism, and the potential to shape the industry for decades to come.  

Stephanie’s selection is a testament to her vision, creativity, and unwavering dedication to raising the bar for what branded merchandise can be.

Celebrated Among the Industry’s Brightest

In October, Stephanie and her fellow honorees will be celebrated at the PPAI Leadership Development Conference, which features a dedicated Emerging Leaders educational track designed to equip Rising Stars and their peers with the tools to lead the industry into the future.

Many of this year’s Rising Stars were nominated multiple times, a powerful reflection of the influence and respect they’ve already earned within their organizations and the industry at large.
