We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Account Executive to grow and nurture client accounts and to prospect and close new business. As a primary liaison between MadeToOrder and its clients, the Account Executive will use their professional experience and industry knowledge to identify customer needs and offer creative branded merchandise solutions for those needs.
A successful Account Executive will be personable, highly motivated, and love working in a fast-paced environment. This person should be creative and take a solutions-oriented approach when working with clients. They should have sales experience within the promotional merchandise industry and be looking for a company that can support professional goals and growth.
This is a fully remote position with the potential for some travel based on client needs and company events.

This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can effectively support an Account Executive or team and build strong working relationships with their Account Executive and clients.
The Account Manager is responsible for supporting an Account Executive in every aspect of their role, from building strong relationships with clients to proactively managing the sales pipeline, from supporting daily sales-related activities to coordinating marketing efforts to generate new and return business. The position keeps all of the trains running on time, makes sure everything is recorded and tracked, and uses creativity and a sense of urgency to exceed client expectations.
The Account Manager works closely with clients to understand their branding goals, marketing initiatives, event needs, employee engagement and promotional campaigns. They recommend creative promotional products that align with the client’s brand identity, audience, timeline and budget. This role acts as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, decorators, and internal teams to ensure every order is executed accurately, on time and within budget.
