Tad started his 25+ year career in the promotional merchandising industry after graduating from the Minnesota State University, Moorhead and moving west to the sun and fun of SoCal. There he found fertile ground for his Midwest work ethic and his California creativity. The subsequent two decades saw Tad develop award winning promotional programs and build a loyal cliental in the automotive, non-profit and hospitality industries. Tad gained a reputation as a sales professional whose energy and ingenuity resulted in long term client relationships with organizations that trust his ability to understand and support their mission and deliver on commitments.

As a recognized leader in the Promotional Product industry, Tad has never been satisfied with simply being a product provider, but has maintained his many long term client relationships through an innovative and uniquely creative approach to achieving his client’s goals. Over the last 15 years, Tad’s approach to sales has been instrumental in helping three different agencies to build and grow in the SoCal market. Recently Tad has transitioned to become a partner/owner with MTO and is committed to continuing to focus on his clients using MTO corporate resources to augment his consistently high standards of customer care and service.
